Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions

Overview

The User Management page provides comprehensive control over all platform users including Realtors, Providers, Citizens, and Admins. You can view user profiles, manage roles and permissions, verify accounts, suspend users, and track user activity.

Typical Workflow

Filter by User Role

Use the role filter tabs (All, Realtors, Providers, Citizens, Admins) to focus on specific user types.

Search for Specific Users

Use the search bar to find users by name, email, or company.

Review User Details

Click on any user to view their complete profile including registration date, activity history, referrals, reviews, and trust signals.

Manage Roles and Permissions

Click 'Edit Role' to change a user's role or permissions. Be cautious when granting admin privileges.

Troubleshooting

User not appearing in search

Verify the user exists by checking the database directly. Try searching with partial matches.

Cannot change user role

Ensure you have sufficient admin permissions to modify roles.

Suspended user still accessing platform

Check that the suspension was saved correctly and try logging them out manually.
