The Admin Dashboard is your central command center for monitoring the AlwaysGet3 platform. It provides real-time metrics on user activity, referrals, agreements, and system health. The dashboard is designed to give you a quick overview of platform performance and highlight areas that need attention.
Start by reviewing the four main stat cards at the top of the dashboard: Total Realtors, Total Providers, Total Referrals, and Pending Actions. These give you an at-a-glance view of platform activity. Pay special attention to Pending Actions, which indicates items requiring your review.
The dashboard features 8 quick action cards for common administrative tasks: Review Pending Referrals, Verify New Providers, Manage Users, Review Agreements, View Analytics, Manage Platform Settings, View Financial Reports, and Monitor System Health. Click any card to navigate directly to that feature.
Scroll down to view the Recent Activity feed, which shows the latest platform events in real-time. This includes new user registrations, referral submissions, agreement signings, and provider verifications. Use this to stay informed about platform activity without navigating to individual pages.
When you notice something that needs attention (e.g., high pending actions, unusual activity patterns), click the relevant quick action card or stat to drill down into detailed views. Each card links to the appropriate management page where you can take action.
Track total realtors, providers, and citizens registered on the platform. Click any metric to view detailed user management.
Monitor total referrals and their status distribution. Quickly identify bottlenecks in the referral pipeline.
See items requiring immediate attention: pending provider verifications, agreement reviews, and dispute resolutions.
8 one-click shortcuts to common administrative tasks, saving time and reducing navigation complexity.
If the dashboard stats appear stale or not updating, try refreshing the page. The dashboard pulls real-time data from the database on each load.
If clicking a quick action card doesn't navigate to the expected page, check your browser console for errors. You may need to clear your browser cache or check your network connection.
A high number of pending actions is normal during platform growth. Prioritize provider verifications and agreement reviews first, as these directly impact user experience. Consider delegating tasks to other admin team members if available.
If the recent activity feed shows no items, this may indicate low platform activity or a database connection issue. Check the system health monitor and verify database connectivity.
