Overview

Quote Management is where you respond to referrals from realtors. When a realtor recommends you to their client, it appears here as a quote request. Respond quickly with competitive, detailed quotes to win the job. Track all quotes through the pipeline from request to conversion.

Typical Workflow

Review Quote Request

Click on a quote request to view full details: citizen contact info, service needed, timeline, budget, and realtor notes.

Prepare Your Quote

Create a detailed quote including scope of work, pricing breakdown, timeline, and terms. Add photos or documents if helpful.

Submit Quote

Submit your quote through the platform. The citizen receives it immediately and can accept, decline, or request modifications.

Follow Up

If no response within 2-3 days, send a follow-up message. Be professional and helpful, not pushy.

Convert or Learn

If you win the job, mark the quote as 'Converted' and complete the work. If you lose, review feedback to improve future quotes.

Troubleshooting

Quote submission failing

Ensure all required fields are complete. Check that pricing is entered correctly and files are under size limits.

Citizen not responding

They may be comparing multiple quotes. Follow up professionally after 2-3 days. Don't spam with multiple messages.

Low acceptance rate

Review your pricing competitiveness, response time, and quote detail level. Consider offering free consultations or estimates.
