Submit provider referrals and earn rewards

Overview

The Refer a Provider feature allows realtors to submit provider recommendations for citizens who need services. When you refer a provider and the citizen converts, you earn rewards. This is the core value proposition of AlwaysGet3: connecting citizens with trusted providers through realtor relationships.

Typical Workflow

Enter Citizen Information

Start by entering the citizen's name, email, phone, and service needed. This creates the referral record.

Select Provider

Choose a provider from your trusted network. You can search by name, company, or service type. Only verified providers appear in the list.

Add Context

Include notes about the citizen's needs, timeline, budget, or special requirements. This helps the provider prepare an accurate quote.

Submit Referral

Review all information and submit. The provider will receive a notification with the citizen's contact information and your notes.

Track Progress

Monitor referral status in Referral Tracking. You'll be notified when the provider contacts the citizen and when the referral converts.

Troubleshooting

Provider not in list

The provider may not be verified yet. Check Provider Verification status or recommend they apply to join AlwaysGet3.

Referral submission failing

Ensure all required fields are complete. Check that email addresses are valid and phone numbers are properly formatted.

Citizen not responding

The provider should follow up within 24 hours. If no response after 3 days, you can reassign the referral to a different provider.
